As a direct result of yesterday’s National address by the Government regarding Covid-19, we have taken the decision to close our office immediately and for all of our staff to work remotely from home. This will remain our approach until further Government Advice. In the meantime, we have put in place practices and technology to continue to provide a high standard of service to clients.
Existing Clients - Who to Contact?
Please email direct the member of staff dealing with your file. Email addresses can be found on our website (Our Team Page) for each individual member of staff. Alternatively, you may still call us on our office number which will be answered remotely (9am to 5pm) and transferred to the member of staff you wish to speak with.
New Clients - Who to Contact
We are taking new instructions and you can either contact us on our online website enquiry form or email us at email@example.com leaving your phone number and a brief note about the nature of your enquiry. Your enquiry will be passed to a member of our team who will contact you.
Our Policy on Home Visits
In an attempt to protect our employees, clients and their families, we are unable to undertake any home visits until further notice. However, we can take instructions over the phone and so please do call us for a telephone appointment.
Stay Safe from Fraud
Uncertain times can, unfortunately, attract an opportunity for fraudsters. Stay alert to suspicious emails that claim to be from us, we will never ask you for your bank account details by email.
Above all else, please take care of yourself and your loved ones.
